In my quest for flavour and no sugar I came across this incredible raw chocolate mousse recipe. I cannot recall where I found the original recipe but it is so simple and so very delicious!
2 tablespoons of cacao (you can use cocoa if you don’t have any cacao)
2 tablespoons of malt syrup (I tend to add it to taste as some avocados are more bitter than others)
A hand full of berries to serve.
- Either blend all ingredients in a food processor and make it smooth and creamy OR mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl
- Add cacao and malt syrup. Mix until blended.
- Cool in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Add berries to serve.
