10 week challenge: week 1

One down, nine to go. Some days, I think I could live like this everyday for the rest of my life. Others, I just want to crawl in bed. 

But overall, I’d say this week went really well. 

I ate well, I worked out most days, and I did my best not to over do it.

On Sunday I even attended a first birthday. Yup, cake, wine, heck even fairy bread. But I brought my own snacks: almond balls (1 cup of almonds, 1 cup of pitted dates, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter) and nibbled away on them. Check check. 

So, I’m sure you’re all dying to know how much weight I lost. 

4 kilos. Yup! I know, stoked. 

I know I won’t lose 4kg everyweek, and I’m sure a lot of that was water weight but either way it’s a great start and I’m feeling fantastic! 

I’m yet to hit a wall, I’ve been managing far better than I certainly could be. I know I will hit a wall, but as for week one I am feeling fantastic, exhausted, but fantastic. 

My tree is absolutely planted and flourishing!!
